Phoenix Protocol

Phoenix Protocol · six-month program

Burnout takes your awareness. Phoenix Protocol trains it back.

A six-month program for people who look fine, even great, day to day, but feel heavy or empty after years of load. It brings structure, not just another session.

Coaching, nervous-system regulation training and daily journaling, with the same questionnaires at the start, the middle and the end so you can see what changed.

With Adam Grimm, founder of Pegasus Realm.

Who it is for

When the load has been heavy for a long time.

Sleep, patience and energy have all worn thin. The work still gets done, and you still show up for people, but it costs more than it used to. You want six structured months, with measurement, not one more session that starts from scratch.

If you have a specific goal instead, like focus, a career change or a hard stretch at work, regular coaching sessions are the better fit, and they stay as flexible as you want them.

How the six months work

Four phases, measured start to finish.

The first weeks are about relief that works this week. The later months are about keeping it, so the program ends with a plan you can run on your own.

  1. Stabilize

Months 1 to 2. Baseline measures, tools that help this week, sleep and load triage, and the basics of regulation.

  2. Rebuild

Months 2 to 4. Pattern work, reframing and identity work.

  3. Integrate

Months 4 to 6. Habits that hold, realigning work and home, and tapering sessions toward independence.

  4. Close-out

Month 6. Measures again against your baseline, a written plan for keeping what you built, and a follow-up 30 days later.

Price and how to start

Start with a free intake. Then decide.

The Phoenix intake is free and takes 55 minutes.

Before the call you do two short snapshots on burnout and sleep, about 10 minutes. On the call we go through your results, pick two or three tools you can start this week, and give you an honest read on whether Phoenix Protocol fits, or what would fit better. You also get The Owner’s Manual and the free Pinnacle Wellness Assessment, whether you enroll or not.

If your employer or department pays

Same program and same price. They get your attendance and, when the program ends, a short exit interview report about the work and the workplace: what helped and what could change at work. You read and approve it before it goes. Your scores, your answers and what you say in sessions are never shared. Leaders who want to offer Phoenix Protocol to a team can see work with organizations.

Phoenix Protocol, six months

$6,000

Paid in full. Or 6 monthly payments of $1,050, $6,300 in total: paying over six months costs $300 more, which covers the cost of spreading the payment.

Phoenix Protocol runs on its own written agreement, which you read before you enroll.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

Is this therapy?

No. Phoenix Protocol is coaching. It is not used for diagnosis or therapy. Adam’s clinical training shapes how the work is built, and the service is coaching. If you already see a therapist or doctor, Phoenix Protocol can sit alongside that, and with your permission we coordinate with them.

Not sure which you need? Read Coach or therapist: which do you actually need?

Who finds out that I am doing this?

Nobody, unless you tell them. Coaching does not go through insurance, so there is no diagnosis and nothing goes in a medical record. If an employer pays, they get only what is described above, and you approve it first.

Where do sessions happen?

In person in Honolulu, on Zoom, or by phone. Zoom and phone mean you can join from anywhere.

Coaching sessions or Phoenix Protocol: which fits?

Coaching sessions suit a specific goal. Phoenix Protocol is for when the load has been heavy for a long time and you want six structured months with measurement. Not sure? The free intake is where we work that out together.

Six months is a real commitment. The first conversation is free.

Fifty-five minutes, with your results in front of us. If Phoenix Protocol is not the right fit, we will say so and point you to what would fit better.
