Nervous system and brain-based coaching
Stress, burnout, scattered focus.Coaching built on how your brain works.
One-to-one coaching built on how brains and bodies actually handle pressure, with tools you practice between sessions. Meet in person in Honolulu, or join from anywhere on Zoom or by phone.
With Adam Grimm, founder of Pegasus Realm.
Sound familiar?
Good under pressure, for a long time.
Picture Jordan. Fourteen years in, very good at the job, the one people call when it gets hard. Lately sleep comes in pieces. Small things land like big ones. The drive home is where the day finally catches up, and weekends go to recovering instead of living.
None of that means something is broken. A system built for pressure has been running at alert tempo for a long time, and it is doing exactly what it was trained to do.
Coaching trains the other half: noticing the shift early, and having something that works when it happens.
Try it now · 30 seconds
One tool, right now.
A longer exhale is one of the simplest ways to downshift. Breathe in for four, out for six. Three rounds.
Coaching takes small tools like this one and makes them work on a hard day, not just a calm one.
Ready when you are
Notice anything? That noticing is the skill we train.
Ways to work together
Start small, or start with the full program.
Coaching sessions start with a free 25-minute call to see if we fit, then a 55-minute intake that ends with a few short questionnaires and a plan for your first four to six weeks. Phoenix Protocol starts with a free 55-minute intake. Neurofeedback starts with a $300 assessment.

Phoenix Protocol
Burnout takes your awareness.Phoenix Protocol trains it back.
A six-month program for people who have carried heavy load for a long time and want structure, not just another session.
Coaching, nervous-system regulation training, daily journaling and an optional home neurofeedback program, with the same questionnaires at the start, the middle and the end so you can see what changed.
Phoenix Protocol is its own program, with its own structure and price. Regular coaching sessions stay as flexible as you want them.
How the six months work
Four phases, measured start to finish.
- Months 1–2
Stabilize
Baseline measures, tools that help this week, sleep and load triage, and the basics of regulation.
- Months 2–4
Rebuild
Pattern work, reframing and identity work. Home neurofeedback usually starts here, once things are steady enough.
- Months 4–6
Integrate
Habits that hold, realigning work and home, and tapering sessions toward independence.
- Month 6
Close-out
Measures again against your baseline, a written plan for keeping what you built, and a follow-up 30 days later.

Adam helps people move through high-stress change without burning out. The work pairs a steady, relationship-based approach with practical tools from psychology and neuroscience, so the next step is clear and yours to keep.
He spent twenty-one years in the Air Force, thirteen of them in EOD, the bomb squad. That is where he learned what long pressure does to people, and what helps them carry it. Clinical psychology explained why.
He created the Pinnacle Wellness Assessment and builds the tools clients use between sessions, including the Castalia journal.

“What was extra beneficial was that I wasn’t talking to the wind…the wind spoke back. Asked the right questions, pressing questions at times.”

Questions
Good to know before you book.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not used for diagnosis or therapy. Adam’s clinical training shapes how the work is built, and the service is coaching. Not sure which you need? Read Coach or therapist: which do you actually need?
If you already see a therapist or doctor, coaching can sit alongside that. In Phoenix Protocol, with your permission, we coordinate with them. If things ever feel like too much, call or text 988 in the US, or your local crisis line.
Who finds out that I am doing this?
Nobody, unless you tell them. Coaching does not go through insurance, so there is no diagnosis and nothing goes in a medical record.
If your employer or department pays for Phoenix Protocol, they get a short report at three points: your attendance, your total scores on the standard measures and a brief summary. You get a copy of every report, and you know all of this before you start. Your answers to individual questions and what you say in sessions are never shared.
Coaching sessions or Phoenix Protocol: which fits?
Coaching sessions suit a specific goal, like focus, a transition or a hard stretch at work. Phoenix Protocol is for when the load has been heavy for a long time, sleep, patience and energy have all worn thin, and you want six structured months with measurement.
Not sure? That’s what the free call is for.
Where do sessions happen?
In person in Honolulu, on Zoom, or by phone. Zoom and phone mean you can join from anywhere. Neurofeedback assessments can be in person or on Zoom too.
What happens on the free call?
Twenty-five minutes on Zoom. We skip the long backstory, talk about what brought you here, and see whether this is a good fit. No pitch and no obligation.
What happens in the intake?
For coaching sessions, the intake is 55 minutes and $175: focused work on where you are now and what you want to be different. You leave with a few short questionnaires and a plan for your first four to six weeks, with no obligation to continue.
For Phoenix Protocol, the intake is free. You do two short snapshots on burnout and sleep before the call, then we go through your results, pick two or three tools you can start this week, and talk honestly about fit. You also get The Owner’s Manual, whether you enroll or not.
How does payment work?
The coaching intake is paid when you book, plus a 1% booking fee, and the Phoenix intake is free. Monthly coaching plans are billed monthly at $150 a session. Phoenix Protocol can be paid in full or in six monthly payments, and both totals are listed above.
Start with a conversation.
Twenty-five minutes on Zoom, free. Tell us what’s going on. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
