Feeling revved, flat, or foggy?
Pegasus Realm coaches people through stress and burnout.
Tap the one that sounds like today.
-
Done at six, still running at ten, like a parked car with the engine racing. When you turn onto your street, switch off the radio and phone until you reach the door.
-
Coffee does nothing and the couch wins. When you feel stuck, go outside for ten minutes before you decide anything.
-
You read the same email three times. When you catch yourself rereading, drink a glass of water and write the one next step on paper.
Cognitive health · burnout recovery
Nothing is broken. It still isn’t what you want.
The work gets done. People count on you. But the evenings feel used up, and Sunday goes to getting ready for Monday. Coaching finds what already works for you and where your week wears you down, then builds from there.
One-to-one coaching built on how brains and bodies handle pressure. Meet in person in Honolulu, or join from anywhere on Zoom or by phone.
With Adam Grimm, founder of Pegasus Realm.

Welcome back
The 60-second check
How do you come back down?
Work takes you up. The rest of your week is where you come back down, and that is a skill you can practice, not luck. Tap how each part of your week usually goes. You will see what already works first, then where to look.

One small experiment
Notice what changes. That noticing is the skill we train.
Tap another part above to see its experiment.
Now you know where to look.
A tired week is rarely a blowout. It is more like a slow leak in a tire: the car still drives, it just pulls to one side. Here is what that can look like.
Your week is working.
Coaching is not only for fixing things. It is for building on what works, toward what you want next.

Makes a calendar file on your device. Nothing comes to us.
It is set for four weeks from today. Move it to whatever time suits you.
This is a conversation starter, not an assessment. It looks at your week, not at you, and it is not used for diagnosis or therapy. It is based on Sonnentag and Fritz’s research on recovery from work. Nothing you tap here comes to us. If you make the calendar reminder, it goes to your calendar, not ours.

Sound familiar?
Good under pressure, for a long time.
Picture Jordan. Fourteen years in, very good at the job, the one people call when it gets hard. Lately sleep comes in pieces. Small things land like big ones. The drive home is where the day finally catches up, and weekends go to recovering instead of living.
One thing still works. Saturday mornings belong to Jordan: a long walk, phone left at home.
Jordan’s week: leaving work, mixed; the drive home, not really; the evening, mixed; the weekend, mixed; your own time, mostly true.
Jordan did not need a longer weekend. Jordan needed a way to land.
On the same five parts, Jordan’s week stays up through the drive home. Jordan thought the problem was sleep. But the day was still running on the drive, and the evening paid for it.
None of that means something is broken. A system built for pressure has been running at alert tempo for a long time, and it is doing exactly what it was trained to do.
Coaching trains the other half: noticing the shift early, and having something that works when it happens.
Jordan is a composite, not a real client.
How coaching works
We start with what already works.
Your nervous system works a bit like a smoke detector. It is supposed to go off. The trouble starts when it goes off for burnt toast and takes all night to reset. Coaching looks at what sets yours off and what already helps it settle, then builds on what helps.

Map
A free 25-minute call to see if we fit. Then a 55-minute intake: where you are now, what you want to be different, and what already works. You leave with a plan for your first four to six weeks.
Practice
Between sessions, you try small experiments and practice tools. The point is a tool that works on a hard day, not just a calm one.
Keep
Each session builds on what worked last time. The goal is a next step that is clear and yours to keep.
Your check results are a good place to start.

Coaching or therapy?
Not sure which fits?
Sophy explains in about a minute.
Where coaching ends and therapy begins, what burnout can look like from the inside, and when Phoenix Protocol is the better fit.
Phoenix Protocol
Burnout takes your awareness. Phoenix Protocol trains it back.
A six-month program for people who look fine, even great, day to day, but feel heavy or empty after years of load. It brings structure, not just another session.
$6,000, or 6 monthly payments of $1,050 ($6,300 total). It starts with a free 55-minute intake.
Phoenix Protocol is its own program, with its own structure and price. Regular coaching sessions stay as flexible as you want them.

Adam helps people move through high-stress change without burning out. The work pairs a steady, relationship-based approach with practical tools from cognitive science and neuroscience, so the next step is clear and yours to keep.
He spent twenty-one years in the Air Force, thirteen of them in EOD, the bomb squad. That is where he learned what long pressure does to people, and what helps them carry it. Clinical psychology explained why.
He created the Pinnacle Wellness Assessment and builds the tools clients use between sessions, including the Castalia journal.

Questions
Good to know before you book.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy is for when something in day-to-day life is missing or not working and needs fixing. Coaching is for when nothing is broken, but things are not what you want, or you want better. Coaching is not used for diagnosis or therapy. Adam’s clinical training shapes how the work is built, and the service is coaching. Not sure which you need? Read Coach or therapist: which do you actually need?
If you already see a therapist or doctor, coaching can sit alongside that. In Phoenix Protocol, with your permission, we coordinate with them. If things ever feel like too much, call or text 988 in the US, or your local crisis line.
Is the 60-second check a test?
No. It looks at your week, not at you. It gives no score and no label, and nothing you tap comes to us. It is a way to start the conversation, and a good place for the intake to begin.
Who finds out that I am doing this?
Nobody, unless you tell them. Coaching does not go through insurance, so there is no diagnosis and nothing goes in a medical record.
If your employer or department pays for Phoenix Protocol, they get your attendance and, when the program ends, a short exit interview report about the work and the workplace: what helped and what could change at work. You read and approve it before it goes, and you know all of this before you start. Your scores, your answers and what you say in sessions are never shared.
Coaching sessions or Phoenix Protocol: which fits?
Coaching sessions suit a specific goal, like focus, a transition or a hard stretch at work. Phoenix Protocol is for when the load has been heavy for a long time, sleep, patience and energy have all worn thin, and you want six structured months with measurement.
Not sure? That’s what the free call is for.
Where do sessions happen?
In person in Honolulu, on Zoom, or by phone. Zoom and phone mean you can join from anywhere.
What happens on the free call?
Twenty-five minutes on Zoom. We skip the long backstory, talk about what brought you here, and see whether this is a good fit. No pitch and no obligation.
What happens in the intake?
For coaching sessions, the intake is 55 minutes and $175: focused work on where you are now and what you want to be different. You leave with a few short questionnaires and a plan for your first four to six weeks, with no obligation to continue.
For Phoenix Protocol, the intake is free. You do two short snapshots on burnout and sleep before the call, then we go through your results, pick two or three tools you can start this week, and talk honestly about fit. You also get The Owner’s Manual, whether you enroll or not.
How does payment work?
The coaching intake is paid when you book, plus a 1% booking fee, and the Phoenix intake is free. Monthly coaching plans are billed monthly at $150 a session. Phoenix Protocol can be paid in full or in six monthly payments, and both totals are listed above.
Paid sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your client portal at app.pegasusrealm.com, or by emailing support@pegasusrealm.com. Phoenix Protocol runs on its own written agreement, which you read before you enroll.
