Nestled between the Koʻolau mountains and the Pacific, this serene center is devoted to integrative mental health, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in guided wellness experiences—such as CBT-based reflection, somatic grounding, inner parts work, and mindfulness meditation—all rooted in the Aloha Wellness Guide’s holistic framework. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional insight, and embodied healing in a safe, compassionate setting.
